SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective date: June 2, 2026

These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by Project5Pi ("RentCredit," "we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box, RentCredit may send you recurring automated text messages, including launch updates, account and reporting notifications, and marketing or promotional messages about our services.

2. Consent

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you provide.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages based on your activity, our launch timeline, and updates to your account.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. RentCredit does not charge for the text messages themselves.

5. Opt out - reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.

6. Help - reply HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered on every carrier or device.

8. Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a revised effective date.
